Dunya advises companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, contractual arrangements, and the legal and regulatory framework governing business operations in Iraq. She works closely with clients to understand their operational and legal requirements and guides them through the appropriate legal strategies to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations. She works closely with partners and senior lawyers in delivering legal advisory services relating to corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
Her experience includes drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, shareholders’ agreements, licensing arrangements, corporate resolutions, and minutes of meetings. She also assists in the preparation of legal memoranda and advisory reports addressing corporate, regulatory, tax-related issues.
